This is my GO TO for HYDRATION, which helps plump the skin! When you body has all the minerals it needs, it can MAKE ITS OWN COLLAGEN.

digestion

Using digestive enzymes is IMPERATIVE as we age. The body slows down in production, so supplementation is essential. These are two of my favorite ones because they are both effective and economical.

stomach acid

YES! I take extra HCl when I eat a high protein meal with something like steak or chicken. It is important to have enough acid in the stomach for that second stage of digestion which occurs in the stomach.

I am blood type A+ so I know I need extra stomach acid.
